We are located inside the San Diego Model Railroad Museum in the Casa de Balboa Building in Balboa Park. The Museum is open Tuesday through Friday, 11am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am to 5pm.
Work nights are Tuesdays from 7pm till the last person leaves. On most work nights you can see members building track from scratch, wiring switches and control panels, repairing rolling stock, and assorted other jobs.
Every quarter the work night stops at 8pm for the Business Meeting, where regular members in good standing discuss changes to By-Laws, track planning and design, membership, and other important issues.
Anyone interested in joining the club is encouraged to attend work nights and the business meetings; applications submitted during the previous quarter are voted on at the appropriate Business Meeting.
